News and Events

Here are some of the bigger things arranged for the coming year so far.

Exhibitions and Art Fairs 2017

I shall be exhibiting on stand 54 at this large and well established Art Fair for the second time.

Childwickbury Arts Festival. Childwickbury Estate, Harpenden Road, St Albans, AL3 6JX. 29th June – 2nd July

I last did this delightful event in 2014. It’s a three day mixture of artists and craftspeople demonstrating their practice while exhibiting and selling their work. Also on the Saturday and Sunday there’s a free music festival onsite as well. The latter is mainly the best that Hertfordshire has to offer but last time that was pretty reasonable.

The event is on the beautiful estate of Christiane Kubrick who aside from her acting career is a successful painter (FBA, Mall Galleries etc) and set up this event as a sort of mini "Art in Action" several years ago.

Norwich 20 Group. The Forum, Norwich. 17th – 23rd July

We’ve only been awarded a week for this years group show but it is the biggest venue in Norwich. Painting, sculpture and of course prints including at least one of my new collagraphs and maybe some etching!

I shall be sharing a four week exhibition with Debby Mason of Plymouth at this delightful gallery just off Dorking High Street in the heart of the Surrey Hills. We will be showing Etching, Mezzotint and Collagraph.

Bring your bike! Ride Box Hill! Walk the North Downs! Buy some prints!

Art Fair East. St Andrews Hall, Norwich, NR3 1AU. 1st – 3rd December (pv 30th November).

Third year of this ambitious art fair and it’s definitely growing strongly. See painters, glass, prints, and sculpture in about 70+ stalls. So it's a good size to get around with plenty of choice but not overwhelmingly large.
